Code Upload Policy
Only upload code you own or have explicit permission to share. Do not upload another person's private code, proprietary software, confidential company code, or an entire GitHub repository that you do not have permission to redistribute.
1. Code Ownership & Permissions
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute any code or project archive submitted to Orphentis AI. You must not submit confidential company source code, third-party proprietary software, or copyrighted material without authorization.
2. No Grant of Ownership
Orphentis AI does not claim ownership over your uploaded source code. Uploading code to Orphentis AI does not grant Orphentis AI or other users ownership rights beyond the non-exclusive permission to display and distribute the code through our platform.
3. Malicious Code & Malware
Intentionally uploading malware, viruses, ransomware, web shells, ZIP bombs, or malicious executables is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate purging and IP blocking.
